Radiolab is quirky & fun, fearlessly tackling the most wild stories. I find the podcast to be an important reminder of how powerful asking questions in a creative way is, an attitude that's fundamental to my best writing.

Nathan, an author, editor, & former agent, runs a great website that strikes a critical balance between writing advice & publishing advice. When I was first querying, I found the site incredibly helpful in figuring out how to write a query letter & synopsis in the context of literary agent etiquette.

Chill Subs is the salvation of poets (& all writers looking to submit their work in any form) everywhere. The website is a rapidly expanding database of literary magazines, contests, & workshops that makes submitting just a little less painful & arduous of a process.

Query Shark is an amazing resource for those in the querying trenches, featuring the late literary agent Janet Reid's critiques of query letters submitted by fellow writers. I've learned so much about what agents are looking for by scrolling through this website!
